Gymnasium Inductions

These can be booked simply by forwarding your name & tel no, & a qualified NABBA instructor will contact you.
A one to one induction will cost you £15.00.

Swimming Lessons

Lessons booked in 6 week blocks @ £24. Waiting time may apply.

Pool Area Closed
We close the pool area every Tuesday from 2.00pm until 6.00pm. This is due to maintenance and swimming lessons. The Gym and showers are still available during this time.

Sunbed Sessions
Our beds are top of the range rapid tan 38 tubed double solariums. Relax in comfort!!!
12 mins per session @ £5.00

Rules on Children (Ages 0 TO 15)
All children must be accompanied at all times. They are not to be left unattended in any area at any time, inc. the bar. All children must be paid for either added onto an adult membership or as a guest fee (£4 per visit). Parents must remember that the Bar Area is licensed and as such children are not permitted under any circumstances to sit at the seating at the bar area.

Garden Bar Area
Open from 7.30am - 9.30pm
Serving an extensive range of hot and cold snacks.
Licensing hours apply to the bar.
Members are invited to use the gardens and seating provided during the warm summer months.

Guest Priviledges
Each Adult member is entitled to sign in one guest per visit at the cost of £4.00 per guest. Guests also include all children, there are no exceptions for babies or under three's.
